What this template collects by default
Out of the box, ShipVixen does not run analytics, does not set tracking cookies, and does not persist form submissions on a server. The contact form on this site opens a pre-filled email draft in the visitor's own mail client — nothing is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.
If you add analytics, forms, or cookies
The moment you wire this template to a real backend — a form endpoint, an analytics script, authentication, or a payment provider — you take on responsibility for disclosing what you collect, why you collect it, how long you retain it, and how visitors can request deletion or opt out. Update this page to match those practices exactly; do not leave placeholder claims in a production policy.
Third-party services
If you connect third-party tools (payment processors, email providers, customer support widgets, hosting analytics), list them here along with links to their own privacy policies once they are actually in use.
Your rights
Depending on where your visitors live, they may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data you hold about them (for example under GDPR or CCPA). Describe the actual process for exercising those rights once you collect any personal data.
