What ShipVixen is
ShipVixen is a frontend-only Next.js marketing site template: a home page, feature and pricing pages, a small blog, and legal pages. It ships without authentication, a database, or payment processing. Anything you build on top of it — including checkout, accounts, or subscriptions — is your responsibility to license and operate correctly.
License to use this template
Unless a separate license file in this repository says otherwise, treat this template as licensed for use in projects you build and ship, not for resale as a competing template product. Replace this section with your actual license terms once you know how you plan to distribute or sell work built from it.
Acceptable use
Don't use this template, or a site built from it, to mislead visitors, collect data you haven't disclosed, or misrepresent pricing and plans. Keep the pricing page accurate to what you actually charge.
No warranty
This template is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. You are responsible for testing, securing, and maintaining anything you deploy from it, including any backend, database, or payment integration you add later.
Changes to these terms
Because this is a template, expect to rewrite this page for your own product. If you operate a live commercial site from it, keep this page current with your actual business terms and update the "last updated" date above whenever it changes.
